8.30 AM: Start our tour from your hotel in Hanoi. take a drive of 45 kms to Bac Ninh province - the hometown of the famous folk music Quan Ho which has been sung by the local people here for nearly a thousand years. Crossing Cau River by local ferry, we will walk around to visit local families and learn more about the local culture, with their daily works.
Discover village through narrow and zigzag alleys with the old houses had been constructed from broken part of terracotta from the past. Walking over village cemetery to the dyke, where you can see the village from distance over the beautiful lake. The visit to major village's attractions will be the highlight of the day.
12.00: Have lunch at & with a local host, visit a workshop and try making some products for yourself
14.00: Driving back Hanoi, we stop to visit Dong Ky wood carving village. Originally, carpentry was a side hobby for the inhabitants of Dong Ky.
